Includes: -lace removal -cleaning/wash of lace -cap method -styling *For best results wash you entire hair prior and come COMPLETELY dry. Not Damp. You’re not required to wash your hair but it’ll remove build up oils and product from your hair*
Cancellation Policy
NO CALL, NO SHOW = BLOCKED FOR OM FUTURE BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. • Rescheduling (12+ Hours): You may reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours in advance, and your deposit will be transferred one time to your new appointment. • Rescheduling (Less Than 12 Hours / No-Show): If you reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable deposit and 12-hour rescheduling policy.
